On March 24, 1974, Gladys Scott Wingard, passed suddenly at home, 1762 Corcoran st. n.w., wife of Gill Wingard; mother of Paulette Scott, Kevin Wingard, Sharon Wingard, Yvette Wingard, Ronald Wingard and Gregory Wingard; sister of Mrs. Dorothy Campbell Grant and Mrs. Shirley N. Robinson. She also is survived by five grandchildren and a host of relatives and many friends. Family will receive friends at Johnson & Jenkins Funeral Home, 4801 Georgia ave. n.w., Wednesday, March 27, between 6 and 10 p.m. Burial services will be Thursday, March 28, 10 a.m., from funeral home. Interment Congressional Cemetery.
