Wescott. We regret to state that Miss Elizabeth Wescott of Florida, an amiable and accomplished daughter of Hon. J.S. Westcott, ex-Senator from Florida, having been on a visit to this city for a few weeks past died at the National Hotel yesterday morning of pneumonia after an illness of two weeks. Funeral will take place this afternoon at 3 o'clock from the National Hotel
