Teitman, Mildred T. On Friday, July 12, 1985 at Prince Frederick, Md., Mildred T. Teitman, of Washington, D.C., wife of the late Herbert F. Teitman; beloved mother of Richard H. Fischer. She also is survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
