Sprigg. Yesterday morning at 2 o’clock in the 54th year of his age, Mr. Benjamin Sprigg, for many years a Clerk in the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives of the United States and for many years a most worthy and estimable resident of this city. His funeral will take place this afternoon at 4 o’clock from his late residence, Capitol Hill, to which his friends and acquaintances are respectfully invited.

Sprigg. On the morning of the 16th instant, Benjamin, infant son of Benjamin and Ann G Sprigg, aged 8 months.

Sprigg. On Sunday afternoon (Sept. 16) at the residence of her mother on Capitol Hill, Miss Eleanor Sprigg, aged 16 years. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend her funeral at 4 o’clock this afternoon.

Sprigg. Yesterday Elizabeth Jane, youngest daughter of Benjamin and Ann G. Sprigg in the 5th year of her age. The friends of the family are requested to attend her funeral from Mr. Spriggs on Sunday next at 9 o'clock.

Sprigg. In this city on the morning of September 12, 1885, Virginia, daughter of the late Major Benjamin Sprigg and Ann G. Sprigg, all of Washington, D.C. The funeral will take place from the undertaking establishment of Jos. C. Lee, 325 Pennsylvania avenue, on Monday, the 14th inst., at 2 p.m.

Sprigg. Yesterday (on the 23d inst.) of the croup, Miss Martha L. Sprigg, daughter of Mr. Benjamin Sprigg of this city, aged 2 years. Thus in the short space of 18 days, has a fond father been bereft of 2 affectionate and promising daughters.

Sprigg. On the 22d instant at 3-1/2 o'clock p.m., Martha Rebecca, in the 23d year of her age, wife of John C. Sprigg of this city and only daughter of Thomas and the late Rebecca Stansbury of Baltimore. The friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend her funeral on this (Wednesday) morning at 10 o'clock without further notice.
