Shugars and Mrs. Elsie Minder, grandmother of Barbara Minder, sister of Louis Jenkins, Bessie Browning, Joseph and Rudolph Drury all of Washington, D.C. Remains resting at Royston's Funeral Home, Middleburg, Va., until Tuesday morning, January 6; thence to the George W. Wise Funeral Home, 2900 M street northwest, where funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 7 at 2 p.m. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Congressional cemetery.
