Shekell, Alice V. On Thursday, February 27, 1964, at the Lisner Home, 5425 Western ave. n.w., Mrs. Alice V. Shekell, beloved mother of Mr. Jack E. Shekell of San Rafael, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Jane Staub of Hanover, Pa. She also is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Margaret G. Sullivan and Mrs. Mary MacSparran; a brother, Mr. Horton S. Grinder, and twelve grandchildren. Friends may call at Hysong's Funeral Home, 1300 N st. n.w. Requiem Mass will be offered at the Shrine of the Blessed Sacrament, Western ave. and Quesada st. n.w., on Monday, March 2, at 11:15 a.m., for the repose of her soul. Interment Congressional Cemetery. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 8:30 p.m., on Sunday, at the above funeral home.
