Day by day we saw her fade
Funeral from parents' residence, 346 N street southwest, on Friday, July 6, at 3 o'clock. Friends and relatives invited to attend.
And slowly sink away. Yet in our hearts we often prayed That she might longer stay. Farewell, darling Virginia; Thou art at rest and shall forever be; You could not stay on earth with us, But we can come to thee.

Funeral will take place Saturday morning, May 31, at 9 o'clock, from the residence of her daughter, in Tuxedo; thence to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 2nd and C sts. n.e., where requiem mass will be said at 9:30 for the repose of her soul. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Interment Congressional Cemetery.But as God saw fit to take you we must bravely do our best.
