Montfort. On Sunday, May 8, 1898 at 5 p.m. after a short illness, Robert H. Montfort beloved brother of Mrs. Susan Montgomery at his residence, No. 331 N street southwest. Funeral will take place from his late residence at 3 o'clock, Tuesday, May 10 thence to Ryland M.E. Church and thence to Congressional cemetery. Deceased was a member of Beacon Lodge, No. 15, I.O.O.F., also Kit Carson Post, No. 2, GAR. Friends invited to attend.
