Mathews, formerly of Baltimore, Md. and late a clerk in the Treasury Department leaving a deeply afflicted family to mourn their bereavement. His friends and those of the family are invited to attend his funeral from his late residence on 9th street near F street on Sunday next, the 12th instant at 2 o'clock p.m.
