Loupe. Our little Frankie, son of Marietta C. and Eugene C. Loupe, died June the 11th, aged 2 months and 3 weeks. Jesus said suffer little children to come unto me, for of such is the kingdom of heaven. The funeral will take place from Delaware avenue, between I and K streets, at 3 o'clock this Monday afternoon.
