Laskey. On Friday the 18th instant, Charles Laskey, in the 33rd year of his age, a native of Cornwall, England, but for the last 20 years a resident of this city.

On the 11th instant after an illness of nearly 4 months which he bore with Christian fortitude and resignation, John Laskey, a native of Cornwall, England, but for the last 30 years a resident of this city. The friends and acquaintances of the family are respectfully invited to attend his funeral on this (Friday) evening at 2 o'clock from his late residence on 13th street near Maryland avenue.

Laskey. On Tuesday morning, the 16th inst. in the 63d year of age, Mrs. Lucy A. Laskey, relict of the late Richard Laskey. May she rest in peace. Her funeral will take place from the residence of her sister, Mrs. Ann Powers, No. 548 Twelfth st. west, on Wednesday, the 17th inst., at 3 o'clock p.m. Her friends and the friends of the family are respectfully invited to attend. On Wednesday, September 20, 1944, at the Washington Sanitarium and Hospital, Rebecca Laskey of 415 East Melbourne ave, Silver Spring, Md., daughter of the late William W. and Mary Elizabeth Laskey and sister of Mrs. Lula L. Norris of Silver Spring, Md., and Mrs. Jeanette L. Brown of Florida. Miss Laskey rests at the Warner E. Pumphrey funeral home, 8434 Georgia ave., Silver Spring, Md., where services will be held on Friday, September 22, at 3 p.m. Interment Congressional Cemetery.

Laskey. Yesterday suddenly, Mr. Richard Laskey, in the 36th year of his age. The deceased was a native of Cornwall, England, but for the last eighteen years a resident of this city. As a husband, kind and affectionate; as a father, tender and loving; as a friend, sincere. He has left a bereaved widow and four small children to deplore his sudden demise, and a large circle of acquaintances and friends that lament his loss. Requiescat in pace.
