Age 90, a resident of Harrisonburg, Va., and a native and former resident of Washington, D.C., Thomas Clinton Kelly, died 2:45 a.m. Susnday, June 28, at the Bridgewater Home for the Aged. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Repha Frank Kelly; one daughter, Mrs. Edmund Nussear of Washington; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four step-children, William B. Frank and Mrs. Kenneth E. Rhodes, both of Harrisonburg, Stanley C. Frank of Alexandria, and Mrs. George Glorius of Towson, Md.; twelve step-grandchildren and one step great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, from the Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, in the Congressional Cemetery. Family requests that flowers be omitted.
