Ingersoll. On the 11th instant, Charles M. Ingersoll, Esq. for several years a clerk in the office of the Secretary of the Treasury. His friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral this evening at 4 o'clock, at his late residence, on F between 13th and 14th streets.
