Handley, Mary C. On Tuesday, May 21, 1991, at The Leewood Nursing Home, Annandale, VA, Mary C. Handley of Alexandria, VA, daughter of the late Ronald J. and Mary C. Handley; sister of Della Horensma of Pasadena, CA. Also survived by 11 nieces and nephews. Miss Handley was born June 2, 1903 in New York. She retired as a secretary from the Interstate Commerce Commission and was an active participant at Grace Episcopal Church, Alexandria, VA. Graveside service and interment will be held at Congressional Cemetery, 1801 E St. SE, Washington, DC, Tuesday, May 28 at 9 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 3601 Russell Rd., Alexandria, VA 22305.
