He is survived by his wife Lottie M., two sons and daughter, Charles Edward, Basil R., Mrs. Fletcher Cauffman. Interment Thursday 2 p.m. Congressional Cemetery Chapel services.

Ave. n.w. on Monday, November 1, at 2 p.m. Relatiaves and friends invited. Interment Congressional Cemetery.
