Cushing. In this city on the 17th instant, Commander W.B. Cushing, U.S. Navy in the 32d year of his age. The friends of the family and the officers of the Army and Navy are respectfully invited to attend the funeral which will take place on Sunday, 20th inst., at 2 p.m., from the Navy Yard.
