Buscher, Joseph Thomas. Suddenly on Sunday, August 14, 1977, at his residence, Joseph Thomas Buscher of Capitol Hill, beloved husband of Jessie Stearns Buscher; father of Joanne Sabourin, Barbara Defesne and Larry Buscher; brother of Margaret Ahlented and Lawrence (Doc) Buscher; he is also survived by seven grandchildren. Friends may call at the Lee Funeral Home Capitol Hill, 4th st., and Massachusetts ave. n.e. (parking on premises) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday, August 17 at 11 a.m. Interment Congressional Cemetery.
