Babcock; brother of Clare B. Stowell. Also survived by two grandsons, Lawrence B. Kenyon, and Charles Jefferson Babcock; three great-grandchildren. Babcock, Charles E. Emergent communication at St. John's Lodge No. 11, F.A.A.M. will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, September 14, 1966, at Congressional Cemetery, 1801 E st. s.e., for the purpose of conducting a Masonic funeral service for our late brother, P.M. Charles E. Babcock.
