  Anjell. On Tuesday evening, August 15, 1893, Mamie, beloved and only child of Ben and Pauline Anjell, aged 13 years.

Sweet In Memory.
     Fold her hands sweetly and let her depart.
     For thee we are in sorrow, thou loved of our heart.
     The length of thy journey was short, it is true
     Our hearts are in mourning, dear Mary for you.

     But the hope of the future is bright in our heart
     That in that land that's eternal we never shall part
     As we look over to that land that's so fair
     Our hearts are in rapture to think thou art there.

     For thee our soul doth weep in sorrow and gloom
     As we think of thy form now wrapped in the tomb.
     The love that was kindled for thee at thy birth
     None but thy parents can know its equal on earth.

     We now can recall the days that are passed,
     To think that thy life is far purer than this;
     But sad is our heart to think we never shall trace
     The smiles and the joys of they innocent face.

     Hope still lingers, it's the crown of our bliss,
     To think that thy life is far purer than this;
     To think that in heaven thou art happy and free,
     And that thou art looking and waiting, ah, waiting for me.

     Though your form in our amrs we never may fold,
     Or you face so lovely we ne'en may behold,
     Still hope points us over on eternity's shore
     Where love is perfection and parting is no more.
